The chateau is set in six hectares of parkland with small streams, bridges, lake and a private swimming pool. It enjoys a desirable setting in lovely countryside, in the heart of the unspoilt Champagne region, the Côte de Blanc, in a quiet village with a small supermarket, a chemist and a hairdresser.

Within only a few minutes’ drive, are pretty villages, local producers and vineyards. The town of Sezanne has a wonderful market on Saturdays as well as a big supermarket and other shops. About five minutes drive away is a lovely leisure area, lake, beach and indoor pool.
